a nap

Is it important?
No!
Really?
Okay,,,, I just wanna share to you. actually it's about my reading class yesterday afternoon.
it's just a discourse... yeaaaah...



we've talked about nap.



in fact an adult need take a rest from 7 until 10 hour every day,,  but in a country, let's say a busiest state, they just take 6 until 8 hours per day to get sleep.


sleep research proved that a workers get more less accident if they can take a nap when they're feel tired



actually, when we feel tired and don't enough to sleep, we'll get ill, less alert and make several accident, etc. 


it's so terrible right?
and usually, the time to take a rest is 1 until 4 pm or 1 until 4 am. it is because people will feel sleepy around 2-5 pm.



And from sleep research as well we got several advices
there are:
1.    take a nap when you think your body need it, could be you are so tired at that time. you can star 8 hours from getting up or 8 hours before your bedtime at night.
2.   remind your self to take a nap every day even if you don't feel tired, because it isn't a sign of laziness.
3.   find a perfect place to lie down
4.   for prevent interference action, you may turn off your cellphone or if you inside a room let's say your bedroom, you can close the door. you'll more enjoy your nap
5.   before you sleep,, take a breath and relax.
6.   doing a nap just 15-20 minutes and don't more than 30 minutes
7.   when you get up,, try to don't move quickly but move slowly. because you're not in a balance situation.

and don't forget to take a nap. it isn't a sign of laziness.
